I'm Juliana Ustra, a Brazilian passionate about all things Brazilian, a specialist in the Cocoa and Chocolate Market of Brazil, a speaker, event producer, consultant, and curator of gastronomy and chocolate-related ventures and events.

I’m the founder of the Expedição Cacau e Chocolate do Brasil (Cocoa and Chocolate Expedition of Brazil), a project that researches and gathers content, narratives, and experiences centered around Brazilian cocoa and chocolate, while also engaging with many other elements of Brazilian culture.

I've turned my passion into a platform for unique gastronomic events and tourism experiences at the origins of cocoa, tailored exclusively for each client or occasion—whether corporate, social, culinary, or entertainment-focused.


I present cocoa and chocolate as cultural and gastronomic heritage of Brazil.


I lead a SENSORY JOURNEY THROUGH BRAZILIAN COCOA AND CHOCOLATE — an exploration of the multicultural flavors and knowledge of cocoa and chocolate that begins with a guided tasting and overview of specially selected samples for each edition.

It can evolve into various pairings and harmonizations.


I create PAIRINGS FULL OF BRASILIDADE. I believe that sensory combinations between food and drinks lead to unique experiences, while also encouraging conscious consumption and appreciation of diverse production chains such as those of wines, cheeses, coffees, olive oils, and other Brazilian products.


I curate and design GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES. Each event is an opportunity to showcase the richness of our cuisine, the flavors of Brazilian territories and biomes, and to connect with talented individuals who are open to incorporating cocoa and chocolate into their menus and creations.
